Returning User Login

A returning user can log into candidate self service using an email address and password.

To log into candidate self service, a user needs to have a resume profile record in the system. If you have a resume profile record in the system and have forgotten your password, click on the Forgot Password link to have a new password sent to your email address.

Login

Navigate to the candidate self service portal for the organization.

To display the login page, click on the Login link. In the Returning User section, complete your login information.

1. Email Address.  Type your email address. Use the same email address that your password was sent to.
2. Password.  Type your Password. Passwords are case-sensitive.
3. Login.  Click Login.
