Submit Resume

Login

To apply, submit your resume information.

Complete the required and optional fields as appropriate, and submit the form. This creates a profile and password that you may use to log into the candidate self-service system and apply to specific positions and manage additional resume details.

Fill out the form to create your resume profile.

Create Username & Password (required)

  • Email Address * (hint: you will use this to login).  The email address that you enter is used to log into candidate self-service. System messages will be sent to this address.
  • Email Address (re-type) *.  Retype your email address.
  • Password *.  Enter a password.
  • Password (re-type) *.  Retype the password that you entered in the password field.

Personal Information (required)

  • First Name *.  Enter your first name.
  • Last Name *.  Enter your last name.
  • Middle Name.  Optionally, enter your middle name.
  • Nickname.  Optionally, enter your nickname or informal name, if you have one.
  • Address 1 *.  Enter your mailing address.
  • Address 2.  Enter the second part of your mailing address, such as an apartment number.
  • City *.  Enter the city or town from your mailing address.
  • State *.  Enter the state from your mailing address.
  • Zip *.  Enter the zip or postal code from your mailing address.
  • Home Phone *.  Enter your home phone number. This entry is required. If you do not have a home phone number, you may enter a cell phone number or another number where you can be reached.
  • Work Phone *.  This entry is required. If you do not have a work phone number, you may enter a cell phone number or another number where you can be reached.
  • Cell Phone.  Optionally, enter your cell phone number.
  • How soon would you be available to work? *  Enter or select a date.

Employment Authorization (required)

  • If you are under 18, please enter your age.  If you are under 18, enter your legal age. If you are over 18, leave this field blank.
  • Are you legally authorized to work in the US for any employer? Choose Yes or No.

Travel Preferences (optional)

  • Are you willing to travel?  Choose Yes or No.
  • Percent of time spent travelling. Enter the percent of time you are willing to travel.  For instance, enter 50 for 50% of the time.
  • Are you willing to relocate?  Choose Yes or No.

Resume

On-screen Instructions:  You may cut and paste your resume from another source, or simply type it in the space below. The field can preserve most formatting from Microsoft© Word (.doc), Adobe© Acrobat (.pdf), etc. For best results, copy your resume directly from the source document into the field.

Click on Next to continue.

Education, Skills, & Certifications (optional)

On-screen instructions:  Check any items that apply. Later you can visit the My Resume section and add additional details about each individual education, skill, and certification item, such as start/end dates, credit hours, scores, etc. The more complete your personal information, the easier it is for our recruiters to match you with available employment opportunities.

Referral Source (optional)

  • Are you a current employee here?  If you work for this employer, select the checkbox. If you do not, leave this checkbox clear.
  • How did you hear about us?  Optionally, choose the referral source.
  • If you were referred by an individual, please specify their name. Enter the name of the referral person, if any.

EEO Information (optional)

On-screen instructions:  Resume submissions are considered for employment without regard to race, religion, sex, national origin, marital status, sexual orientation, veteran status, or disability.

  • Birthdate. Optionally, enter your birthdate in mm/d/yyyy or mm/dd/yyyy format.
  • Gender. Select one or leave as "Not Specified."
  • Ethnicity. Select one or leave as "Not Specified."
  • Military Status. Select one or leave as "Not Specified."
  • Marital Status. Select one or leave as "Not Specified."
  • Primary Language. Select one or leave as "Not Specified."
  • Secondary Language. Select one or leave as "Not Specified."
  • Do you use tobacco? Choose Yes, No, or Not Specified.
  • Are you disabled? Choose Yes, No, or Not Specified.
  • Are you a student? Chose Yes, No, or Not Specified.
  • Have you ever been convicted of a felony? Choose Yes, No, or Not Specified.
  • Are you a U.S. Citizen? Choose Yes, No, or Not Specified.
  • I agree to the terms of use of this website. Select the checkbox to indicate that you agree to the terms of use.

To submit your resume, click on the Submit button.

Prompt for Submitting a Resume

The following prompt displays:

Are you sure you want to submit your resume? You can make changes to your resume at any time after submitting it through the My Resume section of the site. Click OK to submit your resume, or click Cancel to continue making changes on this screen.

Click OK to submit your resume.

The following message displays:

Successfully submitted resume.

You will receive a confirmation email shortly containing information you need to login to this website in the future.

You are now logged in under your new account.

Don't forget to update the details of your education, skills, and certifications in the My Resume section.

Additional items display on the sidebar menu. Click on an item to navigate to it. You can add additional information and can apply for a specific job.

Close and re-open the Help for more information about these items.
